Privacy notice

What we do with your data.

This notice explains what information we collect when you write to us through this site, what we use it for, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. It is written to comply with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the law that applies to us.

Last updated: 3 November 2026

01Who is responsible for your data

Juan Pablo Salazar Andreu, trading as Swell Properties, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data you give us.

Address for the purposes of this notice: Calle 29 Sur 307B, colonia La Paz, Puebla, Puebla, C.P. 72160, México.

Contact address for data protection matters: info@swellproperties.com.mx.

02What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form on this site, or what you share when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email:

In addition, only if you accept it in the cookie banner, browsing data is collected automatically: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, approximate city, which site or ad brought you here, and whether you clicked WhatsApp or sent the form. This data does not include your name, email or phone number.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset information, through this site. At no point does the form ask you for government ID, account numbers or card details.

03What we use it for

We use your data for the following purposes, all of them necessary to answer you:

Additional purposes, which are not necessary to answer you and only apply if you accept them in the cookie banner:

What you type into the form is not used for advertising, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not send you communications you did not ask for.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and what you type into the form is not shared with third parties.

The only exception is the infrastructure providers that make the site and the email work — our web hosting and email services — which process the information on our behalf and only to deliver your message to us. We would also hand over information if a competent authority legally required it.

If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and Meta (Meta Pixel) receive the browsing data described in section 02. They may process it on servers outside Mexico, including the United States, under their own policies: Google and Meta.

05How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as the conversation lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you get back in touch. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

06How to exercise your rights

You have the right to know what data of yours we hold and what we use it for (Access), to ask us to correct anything wrong (Rectification), to have it deleted when you believe we no longer need it (Cancellation), and to object to us using it for a particular purpose (Opposition). In Mexico these are known together as ARCO rights.

For any of these, write to info@swellproperties.com.mx from the same address you contacted us with, telling us what you want us to do. We reply within twenty working days at most, and we charge nothing for handling a request.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, the same way, without giving us a reason.

07Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies of three kinds:

Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them in the banner shown when you arrive. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page, or here:

You can also delete cookies from your browser settings. The private owner portal does not use these tools.

The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to a Google server and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

08Changes to this notice

If we change anything, we publish the new version at this same address and update the date above. Worth checking if you get back in touch after a while.

09If you are not satisfied

If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been infringed, you may take the matter to the competent data protection authority in Mexico.

La versión en español es la que rige: leer el aviso de privacidad.
